10, 2005 - Lloyd’s of MBMC/JMMC Tarmac Stages Rally 2005 The first tarmac rally on the Jamaica Millennium Motoring Club’s calendar takes place on Sunday, March 20, 2005. Formerly known as the Tony’s Pizza rally, the title sponsorship has this year been taken up by Lloyd’s of Montego Bay, the leading department store in Western Jamaica, on St. James Street in the heart of this bustling resort town. March 7 , 2005 - Sprint #2 Results Gary Gregg driving his Focus WRC rally car dominated the JMMC's Sprint #2 held at Vernamfield on Sunday Feb 23, 2005 - NDRC Drag Racing Championship Series Preview Now in its third season, the NDRC Drag Racing Championship Series schedule will contest 7 events in 2005. The 7-race series begins at the Vernamfield Airstrip in Clarendon on February 27th and concludes with the Championship Run on October 30. Racers will compete for National Championships in ten classes. February 23, 2005 - Sprint #2 Preview The Kirdex Transportation Services JMMC Sprint #2 is on Sunday, March 6th, 2005 at Vernamfield in Clarendon starting at 10 am. The event organiser has promised a challenging track layout that will bring out the best skills of the current crop of talented Jamaican drivers. Feb 7, 05 - Tarmac Sprint #1 Report The JMMC/MBMC Bearings & Seals/Windshield Centre Tarmac Sprint #1 was held on Sunday, February 7, 2005 in Ironshore, Montego Bay, and was one of the most exciting events in the history of the venue also known as “Tarmac Hell”. January 31, 2005 - Cannon Ball Run Rpeort Cannon Ball Run, Spot Valley’s first race of the Race of Champions series for 2005, was run at the raceway in Rose Hall St. James on Sunday, January 30, closing out a weekend of activity in the second city of Montego Bay. The Jamaica Millennium Motoring Club held its first event of the calendar will be a Dexterity test on Sunday at the Vernamfield airstrip in Clarendon. See the results here. Jan
22 2005 - JMMC Awards ceremony tonight, Dexterity #1 tomorrow Jan 17 2005 - Wet and Slide Tarmac Dexterity #1 report and results. The Montego Bay Motoring Club’s (MBMC) Wet and Slide tarmac dexterity #1 was held on Sunday, January 16, 2005 at the Montego Bay Parking lot on Harbor St. in the second city and by and large was an entertaining and fun filled day. |
